Bayliner hardtops and flybridge extensions
A hardtop for your Bayliner that is lighter, stronger and better built than the original. Made in the original molds, sized to your cockpit, installed at our La Conner yard or shipped to yours.
The original molds
The Bayliner molds, redesigned
Your hardtop is laid up in the original Bayliner molds, which we bought from Boater’s Discount and redesigned.
The original tops were cored with plywood. Yours has a foam core and no wood, so it doesn’t rot, warp or decay.

Resin infusion
Converted to infusion
We converted the molds to resin infusion with a foam core.
Infusion made the tops lighter, stronger and better built. One production top went from 400 lb to 124 lb.

“The appearance takes nothing away from the lines of the boat, and the detailing and fabrication is first class.”
