What makes a brokerage attached to a boatyard different is simple: we can look at the boat properly. Every listing can be hauled on our own lift, surveyed out of the water, and assessed by the people who repair boats for a living.
Buying through us
If you are buying, that means a survey haul-out and an honest read on what the boat will need in its first two seasons — structural condition, engine hours and repower prospects, bottom condition. If you are selling, it means we can put the boat right before she is shown.
